Telephone Counseling

Phone counseling is preferred by some individuals. The advantages of this type of counseling are that you can talk in the privacy of your home or office and you save time not having to travel to a therapist's office. Not all problems are appropriate for this method of counseling. Conflicts with coworkers, job stress, anger problems, recent stressful life changes such as a job change, a move, having a baby, and parenting issues are good examples of difficulities that can be addressed through phone sessions.
